"The Business Owner's replies in this review section about them not having ANYTHING to do with Lowe's is a bit misleading. I was informed in a Direct Message from the business that they in-fact DO fulfill contracts for Lowe's but only two of their stores. Store numbers 1882 and 2704. I had an order sent to them from store #1881, which was in limbo for about a month before that was cancelled 3 days after the day the installation was supposed to happen. When this business first received this order from Lowe's, I spoke to them over the phone and they confirmed that they would be installing on May the 20th. That day when I called, I got nothing from the phone lines (they did say they had phone issues a few weeks ago, but it was resolved later too). Upon asking via DM again I was given those store numbers and informed that they only take contracts for those two stores. It was then that they cancelled my order. They also told me that Lowe's was supposed to inform me about the cancellation (which from the screenshot I got, was just cancelled). IDK who dropped the ball, but I am suffering now with extra expenditure for my dog daycare and other projects being halted. Not the best handling of cases. And from other reviews, it seems to be a pattern with their contracts coming via Lowe's. I am sure they do a 5* job going by other reviews, but the process of handling contracts coming from places like Lowe's needs to be streamlined. Updating my review to reflect the true state of my contract."
