"These chairs are the worst quality ever! If you have money you want to waste, buy these chairs. The workmanship is unbelievably sloppy. When I contacted the company they offered to send me touch up paint lol. How about wood putty and sand paper along with the paint???"

"My chair just arrived and I assembled it. First of all, if you buy one of these chairs, have some wood glue of your own handy as they do not give you enough glue to get through the project. I think the quality is "OK". I am not thrilled with the way the pieces fit together or how the screws do not really sink into the wood. I hope it lasts."

"Unfortunately we purchased chairs through Dixie after deciding they had more of a selection and a bit better price than the ones at Cracker Barrel. The quality is very poor including running paint and unfinished parts of the chair. They have a very odd installation as well requiring drilling where they could have easily pre drilled the sets. Additionally, we never received any information about shipping they just arrived. We should have read a few reviews before ordering."

"I’ve owned a pair of Dixie seasick finished rockers for one year and they have literally fallen apart. They sit under a covered porch and get used an average amount. I had to email the company once to get new rails that splintered and broke and now the chairs just won’t stay together. When I emailed about the rails they assumed that I installed them incorrectly and stated that was the only way they would break. I’ve been in the furniture business for 20’yesrs and owner a successful upholstery shop for 10 years. I know furniture and how to build it, but outdoor wooden furniture is not my game. I hoped that a made in America, North Carolina company would build something that would last a good number of years."

"My husband and I just love Dixie Seating, I have had two rocking chairs on my front porch and 4 Ladder back chairs in the dining room for years and they have been just wonderful seating for the family and guests! The furniture is truly so comfortable and well priced that I find that because these are American-made, it shows through its made-for-comfort feel and quality built style. I highly recommend!"
