"After contacting the organization A MONTH AGO, after the death of my mother, calling to check up, not being called back, finally getting medical records for them which weren't even suggested for two weeks, and TWO WEEKS after the medical records were input and reviewed (really?) got a call that they really couldn't help me. How very Darien of them. Their intake person is incompetent at best and put my health at risk by not responding to my pleas. Horrible, just horrible experience."
