"I was given some jewelry as a gift bought from here. The giver was told that if it wasn’t right that he could bring it back. I brought the earrings and ring still in the individual blue pouches they were packed in as well as the store bag, back into the store to exchange them for something that suited me better. I was not asking for a monetary exchange in fact I even said that the cost was not a concern and I would take an exchange of something less than the value paid. I just wanted something I could use. I did not have a receipt as it was a gift but I could give her the time and date of the purchase to look it up. Either this store poorly trains their employees or they just don’t care. In small business word of mouth is everything. I’m not a fan of this establishment."

"I had a delightful experience today with Vessel. I was looking for a Navajo Pearl necklace, so I called the store to inquire and spoke with Mish. She went above and beyond the call of duty helping me. After locating three possible necklaces, she texted pictures to me so I could see if one was to my liking. I drove up from Tryon and did indeed decide on one of her findings. I also could not pass up the 2020 National Park series Bat quarter pendant set in sterling silver. It was beautiful. Mish led me around the store explaining the beautiful Turkish lights, numerous fossils for sale, decadent metal art, and the wonderfully displayed taxidermy art. Bats, bugs, butterflies, and different animal skulls were just so unique. Thank you Mish for being so delightful and it was a pleasure doing business with you, Melinda"

"I passed this place before lunch and was immediately intrigued by it! How could I not be? With such gorgeous pieces in the window! And such beautiful jewelry too! It has the most beautiful live edge console tables, gorgeous ammonite and other fossils. I got a blown glass vase on a root that I had been eyeing on eBay for a while. I also got some beautiful stones to use on art pieces! They had a flash 20% off sale which was awesome! This place is definitely worth checking out, even if you don't want anything!"
