"Never had a chance to see the quality of work. I should have known when it took 3 inquiries to get him out to do an estimate for pressure washing and staining my deck and yes he was a no show (like others have stated here) without any notice... He did finally come out gave me an estimate, nice guy, I finally agreed and he said he could get to me in about two weeks - that was Oct 14... I have tried and tried to get him to put me on the schedule and finally asked if he would recommend someone else since he can't get to me.. then he says again that he can get to me and that was January 30th and its Feb 21... he hasn't reached out to say when he will get to me, hasn't set a date, nothing... I have a feeling more than anything if there are bigger jobs to do, which means more money, they take priority - and yes I know weather can impact their work, but come on... I have been trying to get this done for 4 months now..."

"UPDATE I tried at least 1\2 dozen times to get Noel to come back and make a few minor drywall repairs within 6 months of him finishing the job. He always answered his phone and promised to come but never showed up or called me to cancel. I hired someone else to repair the drywall cracks. I also had to have my deck restained. The stain he put on started pilling off and chipping. It wasn't the product. We used the same stain from Sherman Williams. Was told it wasn't prep'd correctly. I recommended him to several friends and he scheduled appointments but never showed up. ORIGINAL REVIEW Best contractor experience. Moved here not knowing anyone. Had several painters, flooring, bath renovation contractors to give bids. I gave all the same wish list with no guarantee on what my budget would allow. Initially just thought Clear Concept was giving me a painting quote. Long story short, Noel and his crew did all the painting, bath renovations, flooring, crown molding, drywall repairs etc etc etc. Worked all winter every day. Yes every day. Started Feb finished Apr as promised. So easy to deal with even with changes. Licensed and insured nice group of guys. Thank you."

"Hired Noel and his crew to renovate a couple bedrooms of mine. They redid the drywall, removed popcorn ceiling, put in new flooring and painted everything.
