"This place can't get their s--t together. Haven't been there for a least a year since the last back to back screw ups. I saw a good deal in a TV add. Decided to give them another shot and check it out. I went inside so I could make sure my order was correct this time. The cashier had no idea about any box deals. Mind you there was a sign in the window for one. Another wasted trip and the last."

"It is obvious that either: Popeyes corporate does not read these reviews. or They condone the 'gaming' of the order completion time metric. I eat here because it's cheap and, in general, tastes ok/good. At least 90% of the time when I'm done placing my order at the drive thru they ask me to wait (at the speaker) until they ask me to pull forward. This can be anywhere from 30 seconds to several minutes.The only time I do not get asked to do this is when the (what appears to be a) manager working at the window. They have given me an incomplete or incorrect order a few times. And though no one has ever been rude to me, no one is in any way happy to be there (or even neutral)."

"I have ordered here through doordash many times and most of the time I get a message back saying they have no chicken they have nothing and they have to cancel my order. I've gone there and requested spicy chicken tenders and there are people there that lie about it just because they don't want to take things out of the freezer to make them. Even after speaking to a manager there and he corrected one of the kids working there I got home excited for my spicy chicken tenders and the kid gave me the wrong stuff probably on purpose. I have had more negative experiences with this place then positive. My suggestion is if you want food there go in and make sure you check it before you leave."

"This place has improved 100% over the past few months. Or whenever the current operator took over. Orders are correct for the first time ever. It’s clean and the staff are friendly and respectful. The only complaint is that they are not as generous with their fries. I literally got 11 fries once."

"The food was great, fresh, and delicious. Only thing missing was the tartar sauce, but I made due. If I wasn't concerned about the heat index raising outside, during this heatwave, I would've sat there and ate. I loved how clean it was & the staff were friendly."
