I’ve been lucky enough to work with Adrian across all of my healing journeys – twice for both pre and post back surgery, as well as after a recent stress fracture in my leg. He was not only incredibly smart and a great physical therapist, but he also was great at motivating me on those really tough, challenging days. He taught me how to properly exercise to safely gain my strength back, and managed to challenge me while making sure I didn’t further injure myself. "Soaring eagle was recommended to me! I ruptured my quad tendon completely and had surgery on October 19, 2022. I walked into soaring eagle with reservation, and honestly lots of fear. At this point I’ve been in a brace locked for seven weeks and not really wanting anybody to touch me or manipulate my knee in any way. With empathy, professionalism and patience because there were days that I thought I would never walk normally, or bend my knee to the degree that it is at today. The staff at soaring Eagle were incredibly knowledgeable, so helpful and easy to trust from day one. With every session I had left, feeling at ease physically, and also mentally. At this point, I am seven months postop and on the road to a complete recovery. I am now back at the gym pretty much doing everything I was doing with some modifications.
