"We took our labradoodle here for his first grooming. They communicated very well and asked lots of questions to get a feel for what we were looking for. He was a mess and they did a great job- he's a new dog! (See before and after photos attached) I had lots of questions and they helped us understand how to care for him between appointments and gave recommendations on trainers and sitters in the area. I felt very comfortable leaving our 8 month old puppy with them and he was calm and happy when we picked him up. Edit: a year later and Mosley is a lot bigger.
