"I returned a youth cowboy hat yesterday (12/29). It was a bit too tight for my daughter. The store did not have the size needed in youth or a corresponding style and size in adult. I asked if one may be ordered and was told, "No." I took a store credit, and I will use it at some point within a year. It's inconceivable to me that the proper size and style could not be ordered. I wanted to shop local, but in this case I was forced to order the hat my daughter wants myself. Now, I will have to go out of my way to use the store credit so I don't lose the cost of the original hat. Local stores such as this one must provide wonderful customer service if they want to succeed in the global marketplace. I'm extremely dissatisfied."
