"Good prices, good customer service. They can help replace lost jewelry or sell you one of a new design. They have decent prices and services when it comes to selling your scrap gold and silver as well. They are connected to a "pawn" shop of the same name and company. That is where the positives stop. Their pawnshop division, deals mostly (or only) in firearms. I feel like the term pawn, is misleading as they only really want to buy and sell firearms. Should just be "Fire and Ice, Firearms". If you have business needs other than jewelry or firearms, I suggest you try Killoughs (for music and instruments) or Silver dollar pawn(best choice) for tools or collectables."

"I do not write reviews. But after my experience with Fire & Ice today, I had to write one. They have amazing Customer Service! My wife bought me a ring there 5 1/2 years ago. We later moved out of the area. Like 600 miles out of the area. I lost my ring about 8 months ago. We looked for a replacement where we are now, but could not find anything satisfactory. On a whim, I decided to call Fire & Ice. WOW! I briefly described the ring to Claudia. It took 14 minutes for her to find the same ring! It took another 15 minutes to find that the manufacturer had it in stock, in my size & she could get it in 3 days. I’ll have me ring within a week."

They carry a large, beautiful selection of jewelry that is not found in the chain stores, but what really sets this business apart is their service. My husband and I were not spending a large dollar amount, but you would have thought so because we were treated like million-dollar customers. If you are looking for great service and a quality piece of jewelry that isn’t the usual cookie-cutter version found in most large franchised stores, check out Fire and Ice. Even if you don’t live in Marion, North Carolina (we don’t), it is worth the trip."
