"I collect guns and knives. And I was looking forward to going to a shop I hadn't been to but there wasn't a large selection. Yes, I think I'm aware of what is going on in the industry, but I think you are referring to the retail gun store side of the gun industry and the hard time they are having aquireing firearms at a reasonable price and time frame to keep shelves full. I have never tried my hand at owning a gun shop. I haven't ever purchased firearms in a quantity to sell from a manufacturer. I only know by word of mouth, personal experience, and online reviews about the places that have large selection and decent prices. It would be nice if there were outlet store for gun manufacturers to have disc ounts or sales. I have purchased from manufacturers online, but not to resale to make a couple hundred bucks off of the guns. So I can say on that side of the gun industry. I do not know what in the world is going on nor do I want to knowwhat's going on with that side of the gun industry. I can just go to a different store with the selection I am searching for, and just tell others searching for a larger selection or better prices about the places I have visited that do not have the type of selection or prices I was looking for. It might help them some people to not do like I did and go to a place where they don't have what I want or a selection largest enough to find some something similar to what the are looking for."

"I placed an online order and was told that my order would take about 5 days to arrive and that I'd receive an email, I haven't received anything in two weeks. I've called the store at least 10 times in a row with no answer. And I can't track the package because I keep being asked to sign into an account to track the package and I don't have an account. I am unsure if this is a scam or really bad customer service, but either way I'd suggest that everyone do their business else where unless you want to loose $160 like I have."

"I think the owner is a very kind, caring person who values his customers. That being said, some of the staff at the Range at Ballantyne (same owners as PGS and the Range at Lake Norman) can be a bit rough. The owner knows about this, and again, is a superb guy, so I continue to patronize the establishment."
