This was a higher degree of professionalism than I have seen on any of my visits to the store."

"5 stars across the board! As squeamish as I am about FA, I felt very comfortable soon after I entered! I was greeted by a few people and assisted promptly by Ethan! I showed him some notes on what I was looking for - he took it from there - and I purchased my first piece!! He was very patient, knowledgeable, gave me some good tips, showed me some How Tos, and even gave me a few resources! As a customer mentioned below - I also felt he genuinely wanted to make sure I was buying something 'for me'!
