"I stayed there for 1 year & by the end of my lease, I was more than ready to leave this place! Maintenance was non existent UNTIL I called the city to file a formal complaint. I had mold in my ceilings from constant leaks from the upstairs neighbors plumbing issues, broken fixtures, running toilets, leaking faucets & my bathroom flooded TWICE. Once the city got involved, maintenance finally got SOME of my issues resolved but that wasn’t until the city actually came out there to do a formal inspection & saw that there were MULTIPLE city code violations at not only my residence but others in the neighborhood as well. When I left, there were still things left undone. My water bill came up to over $200 because of the issues with the plumbing. When I told them about it, no response & guess who had to pay the bill! SMH. Also, for almost a year I was paying $40 more than the stated rental price all because the previous incompetent agent in the leasing office (not Hannah) put the wrong amount in my initial leasing agreement. Lastly, if you can’t bear the sound of dogs running back & forth, heavy foot stomping & what sounds like a ginormous elephant walking on hardwood floors between the hours of 10pm-4am I suggest staying somewhere that actually enforces quiet time hours! It’s not ALL bad here but you can DEFINITIVELY find somewhere better!"

"It’s a DUMP and has turned into a ghetto and management does NOTHING about it!! You can’t walk outside or even in your own unit without smelling weed!!! They don’t take care of the dumpsters and wild animals live IN THEM!! It became so dangerous for me that I had no choice but to move!! A unit in the building across from me was broken into at 10:30 in the morning the week I moved out!! They also won’t do proper maintenance or repairs in your unit in a timely manner and will leave it half finished when they do!! I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy! Here is what it looks like!!! Consider yourself WARNED!!!!"

"Not worth what is charged. I’ve had to deal with sliding glass doors that leak so much my blinds froze to the ice running down the glass, my front storm door is installed crooked, and maintenance doesn’t know how to properly reinstall it. All windows and doors are (40-year-old) original and not even caulked around them. I’ve spent over $80 trying to keep the cold at bay!It says we have a pool, but it wasn’t open last year, and they aren’t sure if it will be opened this year. Based upon my own experience this place isn’t worth the money! I’m having to get the City of WS Housing Dept. involved to get the needed repairs done"
