"I have lived here 3 yrs before they bought out previous owners and changed the name to Rosemont. What a night and day difference for they really want you to have elegance at a reasonable price. The renovations went from drab to wow with granite throughout, beautiful flooring, stainless steel appliances, new cabinetry in baths and kitchens and all new windows / door. The outside is now safer with lightning that works, decks,porches and doors have all gotten a face-lift. We now sport a fitness center, a laundry for those who do not have their own, a saltwater pool and best of all they didn't forget the four legged tenants either with their own mini spa room and park. All in all Rosemont tenants can literally now smell the roses and see where their rent goes instead of owners who line their own pockets...."

"We've called this apartment complex home for the past two years, and it's been a fantastic experience. The convenient location to ETSU is a huge plus, making our daily commute a breeze. We've felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. Highly recommended for fellow students and anyone looking for a well-located place to live!"

"I think for the rent we pay that when something is fixed it should be fixed the right way not "just rigged up". I think that you should be able to use all the outlets in your apartment and not worry that your cords will fall out. I think that apartments should have assigned spots. I got a nasty letter on my car about my parking. I also think that their should be cameras on the parking lot."

"So far I've lived here for pretty much a year. We've had nothing but good things about the leasing team. It has good accommodations such as Laundromat, pool and a gym. They are very accepting of animals and have an area for them. They did a really good job redoing the apartment it self.
