"I lived here for 6 years and I can just say don’t.they had 11 different managers in the time I lived here.I was informed that my rent had been lost and even when I showed them the Receipt they said I had to pay anyway.the sidewalks are dirty and they refuse to paint your apartment after 5 years as they’re supposed to.there are a multitude of bad things happening here,but it would take too long.But I lived here 6 years and I have never lived in such preposterous place.don’t."

"Landmark is and excellent company and the staff at EastBroad work very hard to meet everyone’s needs. Ms. Melissa takes all residents concerns with great respect and has a great personality so grateful for her. Mr.Mark our Maintenance man has turned his community around in the last two years quality work and equally fair to everyone. Ms. Cindy is also a hard working Manager. We are blessed to have such a fine company and staff. Thank you landmark, I am grateful for my home."

"How does anyone ever get an apartment here. I put in an application with the $16 fee a month ago. I was told that I did qualify for a 2 bedroom. Because of an eviction there was only one available and it was all ready taken.but I would be next on the list. I was so happy. So very recently I was close by and stopped in to check if I was still next. The manager could not even find my application. After looking several places she suddenly remembers she sent it over to Mulberry apts. I told her I don't want to live at Mulberry I wanted to live there. She said "Well you can request a downstairs apartment." She said she was calling Mulberry but the line is busy. Then she remembers that that manager is on a conference call and she will get back in touch with me because she has to leave for lunch in twenty minutes. Then she said she had applications that dated back as far as 2017 and they are ahead of me. What? any way she did call back around three and said the Mulberry phone is still busy that it must be off the hook and she could not try anymore because she had someone coming in to sign a lease. I am very heartbroken at this development. If I had wanted to live at Mulberry I would have put my application in there and paid my application fee to them. Good Luck to people trying to get an apartment at Broadstreet."
