"Me and My 3 sons we're here for 3 years. Enough to save for a down-payment for a home in the last few months of us staying here we kept hearing weird noises like footsteps doors slamming etc. from the living room and so did my kids, we assumed it was the downstairs neighbor and their kids because they were very noisy slamming doors throughout the night smoking cannabis that came through the vents which the smell lingered all night up to the next morning , and we would go to sleep every night with the doors locked . While we was moving out in the process of 2 weeks because I work 2 jobs, the balcony sounded it was opening and shutting throughout the night but everytime I went out there there was no one there but the balcony light would be off the storage door would be wide open when there was no natural cause of these things happening."

"I’ve lived here for 4 years. The current office staff does not respond to emails or voicemails. They charge $1200+ for one bedroom apartments with NO washer/dryer hook ups…while the laundry facility is ALWAYS out of order. For probably 9+ months I’ve been struggling just to get laundry done as they only have MAYBE 2-3 washer and dryers that work. Imagine hundreds of families trying to share those few washer/dryers. If you want to get laundry done you have to wait until 2-3am when nobody else is using them & then pray that it doesn’t take your money as most of us he machines do. The pool is always closed due to the behaviors of non residents sneaking in. Constant shootings and stabbings in the complex. Love my apartment but it’s not worth the ridiculous prices and fees they charge. Moving out asap."

"This is my first apartment and I was so nervous to apply and it couldn't have been an easier process!! I found the listing on FB marketplace and Sarai was super responsive and helpful, I literally couldn't have asked for a better chaperone through this process! 10/10 recommend, because even though the apartment is a normal apartment, I'd rather rent from people I trust and that are kind and friendly than some places ran by jerks or money hungry wolves. also Sabrina is super chill and a pleasure to talk to!! y'all better move in quick because I just got approved, and got $500 off my December rent and my credit score is 464!"

"I was looking for a good apartment with a friendly staff in the leasing office. I am moving from up north and was looking for the perfect apartment for my husband and me. I went to several places until I finally found it. I am so happy can’t wait to move. Our leasing agent was Saraí Lopez. She was so professional and provided us with excellent customer service. She answered all of our questions with a smile every time and explained everything to us during the tour of the apartment. My husband and I would recommend this apartment complete and make sure you ask for Saraí Lopez you will not be sorry. She is the best!"

"The women in the office are super nice and helpful but that's the only good thing I can say about this place. Your going to pay WAY to much rent for the conditions that your going to be living in. Two weeks ago we had a drive by shooting where a young girl was shot, cars broking into, drug dealers in and out, you asked for someone to help and the response is call the cops. Your gonna to pay gated community prices for section 8 housing. Over $1400 a month for rent, best advice STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM HERE."
