"Most sickening place I've ever lived in. After multiple request had been denied I had the last straw. I requested that the manager give me a heads up when maintenance comes every month because I was a solo female nightshift employee and I wanted to be dressed and ready for maintenance. The woman at the front desk stated that they simply had "too many properties and weren't able to give proper notice before inspection." I find this absurd. I have ring doorbell video footage of the 20 seconds it took for 2 strange maintenance men to come in unannounced as I was asleep downstairs not properly dressed after working nights at the hospital. It was embarrassing, terrifying, and I felt so violated. I would not live here or recommend living here to anyone. Also to add do not expect a deposit back as attached. They will rob you of it if your home is completely spotless even better than before you left it. If you respect yourself you won't live here."
"I went to the main office on a tuesday morning, filled out and turned in an application. They took 5 days to get back to me, not mentioning the fact that the apartment I had applied for had been rented out reguardless of first come first serve rules (which apparently they do not go by). One of the women who answers the phone continuously here is extremely rude and disrespectful, they could care less if you need a place or not because they told me that if i needed an answer as to whether or not i was approved, it was no because they "can't set the hours for the owner to be there". Well, if he's always gone why do these kind of things require his approval, knowing he's never in the office. They never told me when he was going to be back in because they don't even know. I did not rent here thank god. These are the type of people to screw over renters just for a quick buck."
"There is reasonable evidence to determine that the people who spray for bugs and change filters commit theft. One of my neighbors noticed that they were going in houses at different times of the day (which is against the lease agreement) and that day people noticed things missing from an apartment with no signs of break in. They pair are REQUIRED via contract to attend to their duties at the same time to maintain accountability (as per contract). The company will of course deny this, and we will likely never have absolute proof of this until we catch them on camera, but if you decide to live here make sure to lock up valuables and place hidden cameras since there is decent evidence of internal theft. How else would they so easily get in and find valuables without rummaging through things? Of course all possibilities must be kept open but after thorough contemplation I am grieved to say this is the most reasonable explanation. While i doubt that The company would condone this type of behavior the response to this inquiry has been less than apathetic"
"It is not really worth your time to clean when moving out since they will keep your deposit nonetheless. Also it is not worth to keep the electric/water on since they will use unreasonable amounts to "clean" the property and still keep your deposit anyway. So when you move out just leave it as is and make them do the work since they bill you for it anyway."
"They kept 433 dollars of our deposit for literally no reason. We did the check out list and he said we might owe 100 or so then they end up keeping 4 times that. If you plan on living here make sure to get everything in writing and take thorough before and after pictures. It’s understandable to keep a certain amount of deposit to repair for normal wear and tear but to keep nearly the entirely of it is ridiculous. Luckily for myself I kept pictures and a video of the rental post cleaning so even though it’s not worth to take a company to court over a petty few hundred dollars it is worth it for spite and to provide recourse for those who might rent from these people in the future. Honestly this was not expected since we had not had issues prior with this company during the year we stayed here, but for those looking to rent in the future be very liberal with records kept and photos taken since the company will do what they can to keep your deposit. Know your tenant rights and don’t be afraid to confront the owners!!"
