"My wife had express to me on wanting a nice charm bracelet, I thought it would be a good idea for her to experience pandora. Unfortunately this in store location gives off perplexing vibes(energy is everything to me). My plan was to come in with my wife, let her pick out the bracelet of her choice and make a purchase being that her birthday is in 4 days but after observing the sales associate "picking and choosing" who they'd like to help and when asking to try on the more expensive bracelet, being told: "That in particular bracelet is way more expensive than the other you inquired about". Yeah, I just may order online or better yet take my business elsewhere."

"My boyfriend bought me this bracelet with the high heel, black dress and lipstick for my birthday. He was so excited to give it to me. Unfortunately, he passed away that weekend and wasn't able to give it to me himself. I love the bracelet and went back on the 13th to buy the heart with wings charm in memory of him and his birthday which is Valentines day. The girl who assisted me was patient and kind. I kept crying telling her my story but she understood and was helpful. Great service I will be back every year to add to it. ❤❤❤"
"This store has great, friendly, helpful staff! The people helping us this time and when we came by last year helped us with their honest opinions (even when it resulted in us purchasing a cheaper option than what we planned on originally) and packaged everything delicately and separated things based on who we were gifting it for. Even on Black Friday, they were patient with us and showed us multiple items when we wanted to look at things."
