"I took my watch to Malik at Precious Bangles to replace one of the diamonds that had fallen out of the bezel. He said that he had a diamond and could replace it. When my wife picked the watch up, there was glue and black adhesive over the part of the bezel that was worked on and scratches on the face of the watch nearest to where the work was done. He did an extremely unprofessional job. I basically paid him for nothing. He then told my wife that his watch specialist will be back after new years and to bring the watch back. My issue is, if he wasn’t qualified to do the work, why even take the job and worst of all, the stone he used to replace the diamond was Cubic zirconia. Why would I want cubic zirconia in a bezel full of diamonds? I was extremely disappointed and will never patronize this business again going forward. My advice to anyone considering doing business with Precious Bangles is to rethink it. Shop some place else where you won’t be hustled. Thank me later."
