"Sabrillya is amazing. She truly has a heart for helping people and a passion for jewelry. We spent hours trying different ring combinations (diamond size, sets, bands, etc). She made us feel like we were the only ones in the store. She listened to what I wanted and then went above and beyond to make that happen and in a budget we could afford. She has continued to communicate with me afterwards regarding updates on jewelry arrival and pick up! If you are looking for new jewelry please go see her - you will be thankful you did. The store is clean, quiet and inviting. The other staff were kind, helpful, and displayed great customer service!"

"My fiance and I had a wonderful experience on 12/17/2023. We walked in and a large man with glasses and dark hair 'started' to help me (us) find an engagement ring. He pulled out what I asked to see and then took off. I have no idea what he was doing, but it was extremely rude. Much to my surprise, another salesman swooped in to save the day!!! Im not much with names, but he said he is originally from Buffalo, NY. He was extremely helpful. I told him which one I had my eye on. He pulled it out and shined it up for extra appeal. As I started to describe what I liked about the ring he immediately went to work finding other alternatives. My fiance was very impressed, as am I. I had to have that ring!!! After sizing and everything else, this salesman came in the next day, on his day off, to make sure we were taken care of. My fiance and are not fancy people, but we both have important jobs that do us well. This salesman did not judge us and gave us full attention. I am extremely grateful and will never forget my special experience. He went to Jared!!! Thanks all!!"
