"Don’t shop here they are over priced and rude. Manhattan jewelry store in four seasons would never! Here I am a year later writing an updated review. DO NOT SHOP HERE! I received a Christmas gift and did not like it. The person who purchased the gift called the store and they said they would offer an exchange. After driving an hour we get there and was told “NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES”. Actually they were willing to give back $80 on a $300 necklace that was purchased for a Christmas gift. Yall are ridiculous, you pick and choose your prices based on the customer, and how they look. And the customer service still is GARBAGE."

"Please be aware of their return policy, at this place, first off the gentleman that sold me the chain was very nice, but all the others in the establishment was very rude to me. A simple transaction turned into a nightmare with this place, just wanted to do return which on the website states* you can return merchandise as long as it is in its original state. i bought the item 1 week ago and then found out it would be 150 a month for 18months, i myself did not realize it would be that, my bad! but overall as a company make things right and don’t be rude to your customers that pay your bills, if this saves someone from being stuck with a purchase your not completely satisfied with , then please make sure it’s something you really want and can pay for, overall it’s probably better to go to zales or jared’s. Stay assertive"
