They said it would be about 10 days. I was notified well before 10 days that the ring was ready to go. "I have had my wifes rings fixed and cleaned at Long Jewelers now multiple times. In fact they were able to treat a few for hard water stains that had literally turned the stones orange. And per my understanding a lot of places can not do that. And Chris is the only person that I trust to work on my watches. If there is something he is not able to do he will tell you up front and otherwise treat your time piece as if it were his own. In fact if he is able to work on a watch I would send it to him over the factory. And keep in mind the factory repair locations are generally satellite repair stations here that have been contracted to work on a given brand's timepiece. There is no way you will find any service center to fix your watch at such a reasonable price or length of time in service... And last thing, they are just good people plain and simple."
