"I realize that Olean is in a rural area, but wow. I've never felt more unheard and a number than here. The next to the last provider I saw, was for maybe 5 minutes. I was upset, bawling my eyes out, and he never asked me how I was feeling? Other than, I'll see you in 3 months? Yeah, I'm going elsewhere and I feel definitely heard and like I'm a human. So glad I'm not going there anymore. Jeez."

"I had a few counseling appointments with Michal Baxter last year. When I say a few, I mean less than 10, and 3 of those appointments were rescheduled by HER. The last appointment I was supposed to go to, surprise surprise, she had to reschedule. I had severe depression. What kind of "caring" counselor is that? When she first cancelled on me, I spoke with her supervisor, Joe Ramsey, who suggested I give her another chance before switching therapists, so I did. She cancelled again, and again. So after the last time, I called the supervisor again, left a message, and never heard back from him. Today I got a letter saying my case was closed. I am absolutely incredulous right now. My case was closed because my DOCTOR cancelled on me three times? When I called the office about this issue they said I would have to go through the entire intake process again. I will gladly go somewhere else where they actually give a hoot. I 100% do not recommend this office for counseling and I definitely do not recommend seeing this "therapist" Michal Baxter."

"Olean new york counciling center well dont go to them why because if they put you on meds and even if they make you sick they wont helpi started tuesday i called the nurse i spoken to a nurse told me to not take my pill Wednesday so i didnt i had the worst panic attack never heard back this morning now Thursday i called you this is day 3 begged for help and my case worker has called as well because i am on welbutrin and now am worse off than when i started and it by far has not helped with my depression these people will not help you it seems their current phycitrist Rebeca Williams could care less about helping even when a patient calls in tears begging"
