"Website says open from 10 until 2 Tuesday thru Friday for no appt cat nail trims for $5. We arrived on June 30th at 1:25, place closed. Appears been closed for days, they need to update their website. Stressful for my cat to get there for nothing. Went down the street to another business in lakeshore plaza, they did it in minutes. Don't post hours you aren't there for. Won't recommend to anyone."

"Irene is very caring & you can tell she enjoys what she does. I took Houdini, the cat I just rescued from a shelter, to her recently and she gave him a bath, cleaned his ears, and clipped his nails. He smelled so good & came home with a little bandana!! I think this is a wonderful place & doesn't cost a fortune!"

"Loved claws and paws! I had previously taken my golden doodle to pet smart to be groomed but he would always come home with mats still. I looked for a new groomer and stumbled upon claws and paws based on reviews. Irene did not disappoint and was able to get his mats out with no nicks! She gave me tips to keep him better groomed. Very responsive, reasonably priced so I am able to keep up with grooming. Already booked my next appointment so my Jimmy can stay looking handsome!"
