"I’ve had a personal account with them, started in 1998 with HFCU, my son has had an account since he was a teenager and he is almost 27 now. Now my husband has a personal and Business account with REV and I have to say, we are super happy with the service we get. Faith and Nicole have been there since it was HFCU and I’m telling you there are no two people who are more willing to help you and get things straightened out for you than them two ladies! We are very happy with the personal relationship we have developed over the years with them. All you have to do is ask them a question about an issue you may be having and they can answer you and take care of it for you. I know the transition from HFCU to now REV banking was difficult at times and more so for others but these ladies at Hamlet office never complained about having to help me, of course I wasn’t their only customer to have issues so I had to have patience and let them get it worked out and they did. And I also knew it was a trying time for them going through a transition like that so I had to give them the same respect they gave me. Susan and Chris I have come to know also and both are just as helpful if you have a problem. The best part is if they don’t know the answer at the time, they always have told me they will find out and get it fixed! I love going inside just to speak to them and see how they are doing. I highly Recommend banking at the REV Hamlet NC office due to the personal experience you will not get at another bank. They know you by name there, not just a face or just a customer!"

"Went to use their ATM. The machine took my card. The bank wouldn't give my card back because I wasn't a member of the bank. Very rude bank tellers."

"Have had nothing but problems since Rev acquired Hamlet Federal. Had been doing business with Hamlet for over 20 years no problems. Been with Rev 6 month and 6 months we have had no credit history. Even though our payments are made on time ever month. 20 years is just like gone."
