"Stephen Fose is far the best PT I have seen in years. I have been going to a good chiropractor for over 10 years for lower back pain. The chiropractor would fix my back for a couple months then I would be back to see him for the same thing. My lower back is almost completely gone and Stephen has given me stretches to do that reduce or eliminate that pain if it flairs up. Also my groin pain I have for last year is completely gone . Lastly Stephen is working on my knee pain and instability and we are almost there. I am jogging again and lifting 50 pounds. Something I thought I would never be able to do as a senior citizen. Stephen' s caring and energetic interactions make the 90 minute one on one visits fly by. If you do a package deal for the visits they are reasonably priced and HSA/FSA money can be used to pay for the visits. All in all the money I feel has been well spent because Stephen wants you to be your own PT eventually managing your own pain and conditioning and not seeing him continually year after year for the same issue. He has been a blessing to me!!"
