"Terrible rental company. They took over my lease from a previous rental agency that unfortunately was bought out. They never did an inspection when they took over the lease. After being in the home for 5 years the stole half my deposit and charged me for damages that were there when I took it over. I had pictures from when I originally rented the place. When I contacted them about the discrepancy, I was told they would have someone call me back since it was 2pm on a Friday. Two weeks later never heard back. Tried again and told the same thing with no result. Basically giving me the run around. If you can find another rental agency, do it!"

"Theives that will take your security for false damages. BEWARE and rent elsewhere. Rented a condo that had moldy windows and then sold it before our lease was up. Paid our rent every month on time then the owner shuts the water off on us for an entire day and then Barefoot still has the nerve to cut our security for false damages and cleaning fees when the place was dirty when we moved in! We cleaned when we moved in and moved out! And no way does a light switch and a blind cost 75 dollars. These people are only out to make money. Changed hands about 3 times in a year. Very shady company"

"We had a difficult tenant that didn’t treat our property well. With the help from our management company, Barefoot Rental Management, we were able to get rid of the tenant and move forward towards cleaning up the mess so we could rent again. We live in a different state so Barefoot carried most of the burden and without their hard work and diligence we would have had a very hard time. Thank you to Staci and her wonderful staff!!!"
