"TRILLION STARS FOR THIS PLACE EVERY STAFF MEMBER HAS ALWAYS BEEN PERFECT.(I've been going there for years) Here's my personal testimony. They provided the best Tutoring i ever received when i was going to school with patience and great motivation! when i felt like giving up. They helped me ace interviews with practice interviews, redo my resume, and overall help me to see the errors in my ways in regards to job hunting and keeping a job. If you have trouble getting on your feet in education or in job hunting i recommend EOC to everyone right in Syracuse. Every state should have a EOC downtown!"
