"I called, and was greeted with the standard, how can I help you, I couldn’t hear so asked for them to repeat that, the person did more angrily, and I heard. So I started with a Hello, how are you? To which I received an attitude ridden “good, HOW MAY I HELP YOU”. Seriously? Isn’t this a counselor a office?"

"I will update this when I'm able to see the doctor. . When I called to make an appointment a lady answered the phone and was rude (if you don't like your job get a new one!).. she gave me two days to choose from. I told her due to work I can't make those days. All she said back to me was "okay have a good day, bye." . So I had to get alittle loud so she didn't hang up on me and I was the one that had to ask for a different appointment day.. excuse me but isn't she the one thats supposed to ask me what day is best for me??"
