"Caring, compassionate, respectful, professional, and great team who demonstrates this EVERY time I take my 13 yr old son to an appointment. He's been under their care since he was 7. I promise this is what you'll experience."
"I was afraid to go to counseling and never thought that it would help but this practice changed my mind. Abraham and staff are so kind, genuine and supportive. They tell me the facts and provide me guidance not just talk therapy. I highly recommend this office and practice. They also provide families without insurance a chance to get free services to show how they truly care!"
"I would honestly give this place 0/5 stars if I could. I rarely do google reviews but I feel as though I should warn everyone about this practice before you go there. I started going last August(2022) and got in quick which was surprising to me due to the fact that a lot of out patient mental health practices are booking out quite far. Everything started to go fine at first , but then the NP that I had appointments with kept rescheduling my already scheduled appointments and a lot were scheduled as a phone call, not in person that I was requesting. I was charged $230 every time even though most of the phone call appointments lasted 5 minutes and the NP that I was working with was also watching his child at the same time so there were many interruptions. My mental health was very poor around that time so my work requested I have FMLA paperwork filled out due to the amount of time I was missing for appointments. Once I brought up needing FMLA paperwork it was no issue , until when I actually needed it filled out. I was calling this office many times and often never received a call back, so I kept having to call. This resulted in my work needing to reopen the FMLA claim and it created a lot of unnecessary stress and heightened my anxiety. I discussed the times I needed off for appointments and illness and the NP agreed to the times. After I called multiple times to get this paperwork filled out the NP I was seeing spoke with the owner of the practice and they discussed the time that I was asking for FMLA was “too much” after he already agreed to sign off on the time we previously discussed. This was over the course of many months and during that time I had taken off time for appointments and illness, which was not going to be covered under the new time that he thought I deserved. This resulted in me having to resign from my position at work because if not I was going to be terminated. The last appointment I had there was back in June of this year, which was within the same week I resigned. They called to let me know they yet again had to cancel my appointment due the NP not being available. I never got 1 phone call asking why I hadn’t rescheduled, until today. I got a call asking for my new address because I had a bill that I already paid online back in August that they never checked , which I had to provide them with the information so they could confirm. This practice cost me my job and a lot more and the only thing they were concerned with was a bill that had already been paid and not why I hadn’t made any appointments or to see if I needed any refills on prescriptions. Literally the worst place."
"I had the privilege of working with Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Masara during a challenging time in my life, and I can confidently say that she is an exceptional healthcare professional. From the very first session, Masara displayed a level of warmth and empathy that instantly put me at ease. Her genuine concern for my well-being was evident, and it made a significant difference in my therapeutic journey. Masara's expertise and knowledge in psychiatric care are second to none. He took the time to thoroughly understand my unique circumstances, attentively listening to my concerns and fears without judgment. Throughout our sessions, she displayed exceptional insight, providing invaluable guidance and support. His ability to explain complex concepts in an accessible manner was truly commendable. What sets Masara apart is his unwavering dedication to his patients' welfare. He not only treated the symptoms but also addressed the root causes of my struggles. This holistic approach, coupled with his deep understanding of various treatment modalities, allowed me to achieve breakthroughs in my mental health recovery."
"Today I met the owner of the practice for an intake. Over the course of 45min he decided that my diagnosis (made by a psychologist many years ago) was wrong. Nothing like having a man who has taken a poor history of you deciding that your real problem is procrastination. All the while projecting an arrogance that just felt awful. I will not be using his practice, and would strongly encourage you to do your research before choosing to work with him."
