"I am sitting in the Sisters of Charity Hospital surgical waiting room seething. I am a mother and an RN with almost 52 years in healthcare. My daughter just had surgery. I am her HCP because she had a moderate TBI and seizures. We were NOT impressed when we meet her on office to schedule the surgery. We were given them minutes of her time, of that. She was brisk. No bedside manner. I am less impressed now. I have not seen the surgeon,or spoken to her by phone, post my daughter's surgery. I would have looked for another provider had my daughter's insurance allowed it. The surgical suite receptionist was rude and not helpful. Very disappointed!"

"I went for a CT scan at Roswell Park on 2/25/2021. The CT staff was very helpful. Kelly, my nurse, was compassionate and efficient. Jeff, who did my scan, was pleasant and efficient. They have a way of putting you at ease with your procedure and putting you in a good frame of mind when you leave."

She always has time for my questions and concerns and I have never felt rushed during my appointments with her even though I know how busy she is. My most important memory is seeing her go to check on each of her patients receiving chemo treatments before she left the hospital. She is the best!"

"Dr. Akers was unavailable yesterday and I was seen by dr. Moffet (not sure of spelling). I was greeted at front desk by an absolutely wonderful registrar, taken to room by an amazing nurse who let me talk and ask questions without rushing me. ( I am a retired Er nurse and I kept apologizing for tying her up). Then I saw the resident who was very nice and finally the doctor. My journey for the past 10 months at Roswell has always been comforting, pleasant and efficient and never met a more dedicated group of health care providers. That includes dr moffet....she was absolutely wonderful. I was somewhat hesitant when I heard dr Akers wouldn’t be there, but that was short lived. I was given excellent reports and my anxiety was lessened, as this was my first follow up in gyn since I completed treatment. Roswell is such an asset to this community and I am so thankful they were there for me . I would love if you shared this with everyone in GYN clinic, as I know from experience that health care professionals sometimes do not receive recognition. Every department I have been in contact with has outstanding personnel and I sincerely thank you for that"
