"I love Dr. Baggott and have been going to her for years. Most of her staff is very helpful but the women who answers the phone has very poor phone skills. She seems annoyed just answering the phone. Definitely needs to brush up on her customer service skills."

"So disappointed with the service. If only I could give zero star I will. I was expecting good since she's a female she would understand women. I share to her that it was my first time to have check here and I am shy a bit and I really don't know how to react but she says no your not shy. I am asking if what should I expect after the test. She said if something wrong will call you and because the kind of insurance you have we wouldn't do much test. She said I only can do basic. She said to call after 2 weeks for test results cause they won't call me if nothing is emergency. I called and its answering machine for 2 x. I left a message and nobody follow up on me or return a call. All in all I won't recommend this OBGYN. I normally don't write negative feedback but I give a few months before I wrote this. I won't come back nor refer any person I know with this clinic."
