"I called at 5:09 pm I have the call log as proof. I walked in at 5:30 without an appointment after calling over the phone to ask what time the office closed. To lie about the time I walked in says a lot. God Is watching EVERYTHING so stop lying.I knew there were other patients before me and I would have been seen after them because I have patience and my health is important to me so I don't mind waiting and I stated this in my initial review that I DID NOT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. WHEN I GOT to the "office" THERE WAS AT LEAST 6-8 WOMAN AHEAD OF ME. I DID NOT MIND WAITING.What I did mind is having a front desk associate have my Id card for over an hour while she goes in and out of 3 different rooms WITH MY STATE ID CARD. I expressed to the other woman after 30 minutes that I would like my STATE ID CARD back and she let me know the girl had not used it yet. I also expressed to the young girl that I'm not used to someone attending to different people while she is in possession of my ID. I have a right to not want her in 3 different rooms with my personal identification card for over an hour. she let me know that your office has no RN, NO LPN, NO NURSES AID NO NURSES ASSISTANT. SHE SAID YOU ARE THE DOCTOR AND SHE DOES EVERYTHING ELSE BY HERSELF WHICH IS WHAT CAUSED HER TO HAVE MY ID FOR SO LONG. " we gracefully accepted to see her" that's another nasty lie. You got upset with the girl. She kept asking me "who did you talk to, who said we close at 6:30,who said you could be seen without an appointment, do you know the name of the person that said you could walk in, what time did you call, what number did you call from" LIKE GIRL HUH? Which is why I asked is everything okay? and you told me " SIT DOWN" as if you were talking to a dog. Not a " ma'am please have a seat or kindly stay in your seat. That's not graceful. Why would I come there with an issue and leave without being seen? I WAS NOT TREATED GOOD. I went home and cried I never ever in my life leave reviews. How dare you say "The other patients who were present were stunned by her sense of entitlement and mentioned that to me." THEY WERE NOT STUNNED THAT YOU SAT THERE EATING? no they were stunned that I asked you and your assistant if there was a sonogram machine and you ignored me and your assistant said no so I left? so I should stay and let you look at my private part for what? I don't need a Pap smear or a breast exam. As a "doctor" if you are comfortable enough to allow me to see you sit down and eat while 3 people are waiting for you and patients are currently in 2 different rooms waiting for you, then you should be comfortable enough to open your mouth and speak when I ask " before I continue to wait is there a sonogram machine" YOU ARE WRONG, YOU HAVE NO BEDSIDE MANNER AND YOU LACK EMPATHY. you don't know what my health condition is or was, you don't know my mental state and why I was asking for a sonogram machine. You ignored me maybe because you did have the machine but didn't want to see me because I did not have appointment or my type of insurance or maybe because your assistant already lied and said you did not have one or maybe because I'm not from your country at this point I don't know and I done care. The lack of air condtioner ,fan, hand sanitizer ( I was going to leave this part out but your hand sanitizer machine is empty so please get that together) did not stun your patients? its me. the girl who left after waiting for over and hour and realized the place she was in didn't have what she needed? that's what stunned you patients? Also I know you lying because the entire time I was there 1 of the woman waiting was on the phone having a loud conversation so to rope her in and say she mentioned something to you is again SICK. How could she know why I left when I was speaking quietly? You lied in your response countless of times in numerous ways, Lied on 2 innocent woman and lied that your office did not have a sonogram machine. if you respond to this review make sure you answer this. Does your office have a sonogram machine?"

"Felt like I was in a twilight zone. Everything is so slow & the room is hot! DO NOT GO HERE. Hands down worst obgyn office. The girl at the front had my ID & insurance paperwork for 1 hour. I kept asking for it back & kept being told that she was busy doing things & wasn’t done with my ID. There is no nurse here: & the doctor isVERY rude by the way. I came in for a walk- in : I called at 5pm they close at 6:30. After being there from 5:30 -6:30 & not being seen with 2 people still ahead of me I left. Not because I don’t have patience because I had patience- I don’t have an appointment I can wait but because of the lack of bedside manner. Again a obgyn office with no nurse a doctor that’s rude. I gave them my health insurance mail so they could get my insurance ID name & number ( I circled it) why are they opening the mail reading front and back things that don’t concern them. The doctor and the girl both did this but mostly the girl. Then she asked me stupid questions about my insurance like girl you already read my mail you should know. I circled the important part and folded it, they kept unfolding it and reading parts that had nothing to do with my visit, just nosey. The doctors attitude tone and delivery when I asked if everything is okay “ sit down” as if he was talking to his child or a dog. I asked if everything was okay because I had been there for over a hour and they kept reading my mail & refusing to give me back my ID. TO THE DOCTOR:Don’t work in woman’s health if you don’t care about their health’. I asked if everything was okay because when I came in at 5:30 they were so upset but still told me I would be seen. I asked the doctor if he had a sonogram machine and he ignored me and continued to eat his food. Eating food while there’s 3 people in the waiting room and 2 patients currently waiting for you in the back rooms.I shouldn’t even see you eating schedule a lunch break that’s unprofessional & unsanitary. He acted as if I didn’t exist or he didn’t hear me talking. Theres 2 people in the front but the older woman isn’t a receptionist isn’t a nurse I don’t know exactly what she does the girl who had my ID told me she’s doing everything by herself THATS WHY IT WAS TAKING HER SO LONH TO REGISTER ME ;so I don’t understand why the old lady is sitting there. They didn’t give me any forms to fill out instead told me to say the information out loud in front of everyone and she would enter it. What pissed me off is HOW DOESNT A OBGYN OFFICE HAVE A SONOGRAM MACHINE?! They close at 6:30 yet AFTER 6:30 4 people are sitting in the waiting room STILL not seen yet? Black woman go elsewhere please. I wasted 2 hours of my life for nothing. God please watch over my health and the health of young black woman because the so called doctors office on this earth do not care if we live or die: This place needs to be shut down. I also heard everyone speaking creole so if you are not Haitian they probably will not treat you good!"
