"This review is purely regarding my experience with their front desk this week. I called on Monday to change my pharmacy and was told it'll be taken care of. I didn't receive a notification from my pharmacy indicating any changes so I called again on Wednesday. Premier OBGYN told me their system was down and that someone will call me back once it's back up again to confirm the changes. Fast forward to today (Friday), when I still haven't heard back from anyone on their team, I called three times stressing the urgency of renewing my medication since I run out tomorrow. I was guaranteed by two different front desk team members they will pass it along to their manager to renew my prescription and it will be done EOD. It is now the EOD and they're closed and I STILL haven't gotten my medication renewed. While Dr. Kokkinakis and Dr. Campanella are both amazing doctors and I have used them for over a decade, I will be going elsewhere in the future as their front desk has proven unreliable in a time of need."
