"Love Dr B. He is a great, kind & thorough doctor, and I would highly recommend him. Unfortunately, his office staff is another story. My insurance changed, so when I made my appointment, I gave the office woman my new info, then the day before my appt I was sent a text to register & confirm my appt. I uploaded my insurance card & confirmed. I showed up for my appointment & was told they do not take my insurance. I live 35 minutes away. When I asked why I wasn't told when I made my appt or when my info was uploaded, the woman said she didn't know what happened. She apologized, but I feel I should've been told. Not a good way to run a medical office"

"Had an appointment for Feb 28th for Dr Kleopolous, was told he was unavailable and no one would tell me why. Waited 45 min for my appointment which is not so terrible. He told me I most likely had HPV, which I told hi I was susceptible to fugal infections and it was most likely that. He was not satisfied and instead wanted to talk about getting biopsies. He thought it was necessary before any treatment. So I came back worried on April 17th and waited over 2 hours in a room in a paper gown cold and scared. He got stuck with another patient and no one bothered to check in on me. After thousands of dollars and two nerve wracking visits later my diagnosis was correct. I find out 8 months later my doctor quietly retired and they switched me to him. Nope. Nope. Nope."

"Firstly, Dr Blaszczyk is very nice. However is staff leaves MUCH to be desired! Nurses are rude. Receptionists are even worse. I was charged a $50 specialist copay for a CONSULTATION! I wasn't treated at all. My copay for a gynecologist is only $25! What gives them a right to charge a specialist copay is beyond me! My insurance provider said they would call Drs office and straighten it out. They got back to me saying Debbie told them 'Oh well, That's how we charge""
