"Two weeks before my visit I called the office. I spoke to a woman and asked if my bone density test was in the computer she said yes, and that the Doctor would call me within the week with my results. The Doctor didn't call because she hadn't received the results. If i knew this, I would have had the hospital send them over like they should have done. When I arrived a I asked about the results and the Doctor did not have them. Then I checked out and the secretary asked me if I needed a script for bone density! “What? ” No I need you to get results! “Oh” then you need to sign a release form. I would have left and had to come back to sign release form for results to be able to be sent over. Just too complicated for an easy task . What happened to office staff ??????. Doctor is always on time and efficient on last note."
