"Had a horrible experience I was forced to switch to a new dr after having a late term miscarriage and Dr rifkin was pushing procedures on me that were not necessary and he refuses to use any form of pain management… now I’m stuck w thousands in bills for procedures that even insurance claims was not necessary! After a traumatic experience the last thing I needed was an old school make Dr (that I never met before) and doesn’t understand a woman’s body at all and was pushing a surgery w no meds claiming I’m tough I can handle it"

"This is my second pregnancy and first time at Great Neck Ob-Gyn. I picked this practice when I learned that they had recently signed on a midwife. Midwife Jamie Rose has been an absolute pleasure - an actual gem of a human to work with. She listens, she cares, she is kind, she is thorough, she is knowledgable, and she is supportive. I was living in NYC for my first pregnancy and did not have this type of experience with my then provider. My first OB had no bedside manner, often made me feel rushed and as if my questions were dumb and was very adamant about following her ways/processes. I feel excited, informed, encouraged and empowered with Jamie and can not speak more highly of her. I rarely write reviews but believe it's important for women to know that there are wonderful midwives like Jamie out there. This experience to date has been a memorable and happy one. "10 STARS! When I finally became pregnant again after two miscarriages, I wanted to be excited but I was terrified of loss. Dr. Grace Chow basically held my hand all 9 months of the pregnancy and cheered me on every appointment. She is patient, understanding, positive but also realistic! She never gave me false hope, but I always felt better after seeing her. I had a c-section on a day Dr. Rifkin was on call, Dr. Rifkin is friendly, relaxed and knowledgeable. This man must also be part magician because I have the cleanest c-section scar ever. On the day of surgery I remember waiting in pre-op and hearing the PA say she is so excited to scrub in with Dr. Rifkin (now that’s something you wanna hear while waiting to be cut open). Afterwards, no post surgical complications, everything went as smooth one would hope. This practice gave me 2 beautiful kids, I will forever be grateful. Thank you all."

He is amazing - great bedside manner, reassuring and awesome surgeon. I had a csection and had a great recovery thanks to him.
