Office called me to pay $250 bill without paper billing. They are trying to get paid twice. Do not pay anything! Office billing department and manager are harassing me, demeaning and threatened me with collections before even sending me a bill that I shouldn't get in the first place!! I am covered under my insurance plan!!"
