"The doctor herself was fine, though I never got my lab results. Rude receptionist. Didn't provide my lab results for 2 months, and still saying someone will call me. Didn't allow me to cancel my appointment via phone, said to come to the office to do it and hang up. I'll never be back."

"Stay far away from this monster. An absolutely awful doctor with terrible customer service skills, who takes zero responsibilityfor her own short comings. She thinks it's appropriate to yell at new patients and barrette them for missing an appointment. While her office fails to send any sort of confirmations for appointments or reminder phone calls."

"Irresponsible patient care Poor communication Disorganized front desk does not take insurance Initial visit was very positive and I felt like I was finally on the right track to feeling better. Second visit, the doctor prescribed a very intensive antiobiotic regimine that not only decreased the effectiveness of other medications I was on, but made me very sick for weeks. She also prescribed a detox diet where all of the "meal kits" contained ingredients I was allergic/sensitive to based on her own very expensive lab results. My third visit was an Ultrasound that no one even bothered to call me with results for, despite my calls to inquire. Fourth visit, I had to cancel and was not able to rescedule because the doctor was away, then no one would call me back (Its rare for someone to answer a call). Went on for weeks. I finally got through and was not able to get an appointment for months later, i understoond but she would not refill my medication without seeing her, so I would be without medication for weeks. This is very irresponsible pateint care. I'm never going back."

"I wouldn’t walk I would run away from this doctor. I was hopeful that she would help and I’m sure she might have but her ethics where beyond questionable. Besides paying out of pocket she was also charging my insurance for an office visit. So when I went to submit it To my insurance i got denied cause she got paid from the insurance already . So I would get charged $350 for an office visit and she would charge my insurance $350 for an office visit as well . When I confronted her on this she passed me over to Gene and she tried to talk circles over it then she decided to changed the date of my visit so then I could get paid . ( very illegal )not once but twice . Anytime I would come for a visit it was never the same price they had originally quoted me also . I would urge all patients to double check there insurance because I’m sure if she did it to me she is doing it to others . Not good practice at all ."

"When my daughter was younger and her periods weren’t regular, I took her to this doctor for assurance that all these things her body was going through were normal. At the time, my own obgyn was a male. I felt it best she speak with a female. From the time we walked in after waiting over 2 hours, she was rude, insensitive, cold and dismissive. When we left, my daughter told me she never wanted to go back which I agreed. We found another doctor who actually has compassion and patience. She made my daughter feel comfortable and eased her mind."
