"Very Bad Customer Service.I call for a quote and staff name Sharry picked up and asked my phone number incase get disconnected,She told me that she will call today and let me know the insurance cost. I said ok. I waited one week and call back in their office and another employee picked the phone and said, she will convey my message to sherry. After a week I call back again & sherry told me, she never gotten the message. I said fine.Sherry told me to take the defensive driving class for me to save the money. I said ok.Once I finish my driving class I call the insurance again for the quote. She said I will not give to any quote. Therefore I came to this conclusion to review Frank Tinelli allstate office."
