"Liberty mutual car insurance will drop you if you use their road side assistance. I had 2 claims, one for a flat tire and I needed help purring the donut on and 2, when my windshield cracked from debris from the road. Then they decided I was too high risk and dropped me. Absolute trash! Never got into an actual accident with them, just needed a little help and this is what they do. Never ever get liberty mutual."

"I just want to note that this review is for liberty mutual is as a company and not this specific place. They just increased my auto insurance for no reason by 500 and would do nothing to help me. My wife works from home and both of our cars are getting older. Yet they did that to us. Goodbye liberty mutual. See you never! Rather than get 500 more from me, you’re going to lose all the business you ever had from me. Peace :)"
