"I would say “ehh”. They aren’t bad but also not great. My price has gone up a couple of times, but no one called to discuss that it was going up and/or let me know why it was going up. I complained once about the pricing through the Allstate website, and then I got a call from Donald Molloy telling me not to go to corporate but to come directly to the branch with issues. He then told me that he would call me back to review my account, but he had someone else call, and I never heard from him again. He was WAY more concerned that I complained through corporate than the fact that I was unsatisfied. I normally would not do a rating/survey like this, but they sent me two emails asking for my opinion!"
