"Unfortunately, I gave this agency way too many chances and I got burnt. They gave me the best price I could find and that’s why I stuck with them for so long. Unfortunately you get what you pay for. I had over three times situations that their staff messed up paperwork which caused problems in our insurance. The first case was when we had to take pictures of the car which we did in the right time frame. They had no record of us taking the picture and because of this we weren’t covered for our finance car for over a month. when their staff finally noticed this they notified us that they had no record of us taking pictures of the car. My financing company threaten action because we didn’t have insurance on the car that was financed. thankfully I save the receipt of the pictures been taken. That was the only proof that they had and there was an error made on the staff. Instead of Anthony, apologizing, he demanded I pay for the insurance during this time frame. Allstate wasn’t covering my car for collision during this time frame. because there was no pictures taken of the car. Next problem we had was a very simple auto payment. For some reason their staff couldn’t file the paperwork to set it up three separate times. Finally, after being with them for three years, they dropped me from their insurance after doing a claim for a hit-and-run. They never notified me that I was going to be dropped and I had a lapse of insurance. I ended up going back with Geico. Just remember you get what you pay for. this is a cheap office with horrible staff that cannot do their job."

They've helped me with so many things insurance through the years; new cars, old cars, refinancing and buying homes, etc. Very personal touch where you dial and someone actually answers without the need to push a button for this or a button for that. Only downside is they are closed on weekends which has held up purchasing of vehicles in the past."
