They are also the only cumbia school I could find. It's one hour long, individual classes, which makes it more worthwhile because they can put more attention to yourself."

"Overview: I have been going to the school to learn salsa dancing. I had no background whatsoever and in matters of a few lessons I could already master the basics and feel confident on a dance floor. Actually, random people in clubs in NYC have complimented me on my dance skills out of the blue. The teachers all have impressive backgrounds and are super good. Everybody (staff and students) are super friendly and there is a very laid back atmosphere. Positive: Great teachers, speedy ramp up, great choice of options when it comes to dance styles, the school participates to fun weekend activities from time to time too. Negative: Be sure to book the lesson a day or two in advance as the classes can fill up quite fast."

The place is clean and the instructors are very very professional. The hours are accommodating till 9pm which is great for people like me that have work long hrs. They teach all types of Latin genres as well and have experience with all types of beginners. If you have ever doubted yourself in learning to dance, this would be the place for you."
