"So I had Shanon as my agent. I tried every form of (calls and email) communication to reach his office. No reply. They held up a buisness loan and God forbid I wouldve been in major accident and been trying to reach him. Finally I called another agent who has always answered the phone and so today I'm still under the allstate umbrella only because of the Susan Lempke agency. Allstates custumer service hung up on me 2 times trying to do it with the toll free service. A level of custumer care I wouldve never imagined with allstate. ONLY reason I'm here is I have a local agent that is always there. And is very responsive to my local needs."
