"If I could give a negative star review, I would. This is by far the worst company I have ever interacted with and I build financial service businesses for a living. My HSA is not allowed to be invested despite the account having multiples over the cash requirement. The funds have never been fully visible or accessible to me. No one can give me the account balance without me correcting them. Additionally they are refusing to let me transfer the funds out to fidelity after moving companies. Even worse? The fees increased more than 100% on what I would consider a decently small account. I even showed up to the customer service office because no one was helping me after months of continued pursuit on the latest issue. I will likely seek legal recourse as there are monetary damages now due to failure to provide the services they have agreed to provide."
"An absolute hassle to deal with. I've never called when there is not a "higher than normal volume of calls." They are almost impossible to get to via telephone, and their online chat agent is worthless. Every time I submit an eligible claim, they deny it because they don't understand some random abbreviation in it and make me harass the provider for a more detailed receipt--which they then don't process, making it necessary for me to call them back and wait on hold for an hour + again and again. Ugh. Do like four people work at this company? It's almost not worth having an FSA."
"Easily one of the worst companies I've ever done business with. Currently, a large sum of money from investments I sold within the account to pay medical bills is just "missing." After waiting 2 hours for phone support, the person I talked to had no idea how the system was even supposed to work. AI chat is awful and will not connect you to a real person. I'm considering legal action if this situation is not remedied soon."
"Terrible company that makes FSA worthless by requiring detailed backup for 50% of charges, even when recurring and with the same, previously approved provider. Customer service is nonexistent. Why use the benefit when the frustration outweighs the potential tax savings? Apparently this is their business model."
"It haven't been able to get through to the correct live person. I called another department to speak to someone- was redirected- and wound up back to her again. Now I'm sitting on hold. If you want to know what kind of service they provide- they provide NONE. No person means no service and when your AI doesnt work at all- one star."
