"I hate allstate. They can't do anything for people. Don't get allstate insurance for anything. They'll screw you and make you pay extra to do so! I have been a long time Patron of the zabbia agency. Over 30 years in fact. I would never have dreamed of going elsewhere. I am loyal to a fault with people that take care of my needs in a friendly and purposeful manor. Since end of June a simple addon to my auto policy turned into a cluster*"**. That just kept rolling into a major pain. I am at the office multiple times a week and nothing to date has gotten resolved. Meanwhile my insurance premiums keep going up but nothing can be explained until allstate explains why to the office. I like the people in the office. They try to be nice although I'm seething and angry but bottom line they keep telling me there's nothing they can do for me. I'm very frustrated and disappointed in a company I have put 35 years into and have trusted implicitly. Whatever insurance I have needed I went straight to the zabbia agency. What a letdown!"
