"Ever since my job became covered through Brighton health solutions I spend 1-2 hours on a weekly basis disputing incorrectly processed claims. It took 6 months to get an emergency hospitalization that was supposed to be 100% covered finally settled. The doctors offices that our family uses regularly get processed incorrectly, not once in a while, every single time. Truthfully if I wasn’t a healthcare professional and understood medical billing I would be thousands in debt from improperly billed fees. This company needs to be brought to the better business bureau because there negligence is honestly criminal."

"Potential hiring discrimination. They listed remote jobs and once applied, they tell you they want someone in the office. I'm disabled and I cannot work in the office, and they hired someone else right after. Please state your intentions clearly than waste people's time. For a health care company, I was under the impression they're much more inclusive but it wasn't the case."
"The explanation of benefits [EOB] document that I get mailed to me monthly from Brighton Health Solutions is hard to read. The headings for service description, what was billed, what was paid and what you may owe do not repeat on subsequent pages. Another thing that makes this company's EOBs hard to read is that the headings containing the claim number, service dates and provider are black but the actual writing is tiny, which causes a strain to the eyes when attempting to read it. To top it off, the pages come folded one-by-one instead of all together, thus wasting my time taking out each page from the envelope instead of all 4-6 pages at once. I really regret that my health insurance company decided to do business with Brighton."
