I hate reading stuff I don't understand and I definitely didn't understand all of the medicare stuff....enter Karen Harding....heard about her on a local radio station of all things. Called, she called back, got my medicare in place in NY. all good. THEN, decided to move to Hawaii. So, she got established AND got her credentials in Hawaii. She definitely didn't have to do that but she did! Got my new medicare policy in Hawaii, no problem. Everything went smooth as silk. THEN, got notice that my advantage plan will discontinue on 12/31/23....UGH, have to change again. Call Karen! Will be all set for the change over through Karen by next week. Smooth as silk AGAIN!
