The Blaze Pods Flash Reflex Training has shown exciting progress in our programs, helping athletes increase their reaction time, speed, and quickness.

"I have been training for Kevin for about 6 years now and it is one of the best workouts I do in off season to prepare for my collegiate soccer team. Kevin prepares specific workouts based on the specific player and what they need to work on. Over the years of training all summer with Kevin, I have seen significant improvement on my speed and how I plant to prevent injuries. Certain exercises and circuits Kevin puts me through from what I can see, are what sets me apart from other athletes. Now however, since I am not home for the summer, Coach Kevin is still helping me set up and get through speed workouts while also checking on me periodically to see how I am progressing. He cares deeply about each and every person that comes to his sessions. I owe a lot of thanks to him for kicking my butt back into shape every year and for shaping me into the player I am today.
